Prices and payment

Payment security and where to complain
The site runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Payment is processed entirely on Mercado Pago's platform: your card details are captured in their environment and never pass through or get stored on our servers; we only receive the result of the transaction.

Availability
Every model is made by hand and stock is tracked per color. If a color sells out between your adding it to the cart and confirming payment, we let you know and offer another color or a refund.
The physical color may vary slightly from your screen: cotton is dyed in batches.
Product use
Use instructions and warnings. Our toys are cotton rope and are designed for supervised play. Choose the model according to the animal's size, age and bite, and retire the piece as soon as it frays or loses a knot: loose threads can be swallowed.
Our soft rope leashes are not designed for animals that chew the leash. For those cases we recommend a different type of leash.
These warnings are safe-use instructions and do not limit your rights as a consumer under Mexico's Federal Consumer Protection Law.
Governing law
These terms are published in Spanish and English. If the two versions differ, the Spanish version prevails and governs the consumer relationship, under article 85 of Mexico's Federal Consumer Protection Law.
These terms are governed by Mexican law. For any consumer dispute you may turn to Mexico's federal consumer protection agency.
